I knew Olivia had a cat that was 11 years old and died recently. She was heart broken for days and missed school because of it. I wanted to make sure she was ok so I figured I should stop by her house after school since she lived a few doors down. Walking up to her house, I figured she would be ok. She's probably watching tv and eating a snack. I was wrong, she was sitting in a pile of tissues and sobbing a lot. She wouldn't even get up to open the door, thank god I knew where she left the key. I slowly opened the door, thinking that her cat was going to try to get out the door, but then I remembered the cat wasn't here anymore."Hey Liv," I said slowly approaching the couch, "how are you?" She didn't answer, she was crying too much to hear me. I sat down next to her, crushing tons of tissues. Her head slowly fell into my lap and still crying, probably for about 5 minutes. I knew I had to say something, "Liv, I know you're going through a hard time right now-" she started crying even more! Oh crap! Then I came up with something else to say, "Wanna go grab some frozen yogurt, my treat?" She nodded and got up to go grab her shoes and jacket. Hopefully this will cheer her up because I want my friend back to her normal self! I missed her at school and I hate seeing her in so much pain. So, praying the frozen yogurt will do the trick!
